  • To offer instant AI-based doubt-solving

Rank integrates Gemini AI by Google for academic doubt-solving. While we take steps to moderate content:

  • Users are advised to verify critical academic information.
  • Misuse of AI features may lead to account suspension or termination.

6. Cookies and Analytics

Rank may use cookies or similar technologies for analytics and performance tracking. These help us:

  • Understand how users interact with the app
  • Identify areas of improvement
  • Deliver personalized content

No personally identifiable information is shared via cookies.

7. Children’s Privacy

Rank is primarily intended for students aged 15 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If a parent or guardian believes that their child has provided data without consent, they may contact us for its removal.

8. User Rights and Data Access

Currently, permanent account deletion is not available. However, users can:

  • Log out at any time
  • Disable notifications, emails, SMS, and WhatsApp communication
  • Request information about stored data by contacting support

Future updates will include an account deletion feature.

  • For the duration of the user’s engagement with Rank
  • After account suspension/termination until deletion functionality is introduced
  • As required by applicable laws for audit or legal compliance
